The estimated delivery time shown at checkout is the carrier's estimate of how long your package will take to arrive once it has been dropped off with the carrier. It does not account for our processing time which can be up to 6-8 weeks.

Should a customer need an order to arrive or be shipped by a certain date, they must contact us before placing their order to check if we can bump their order in the production queue.

All orders include up to $200.00 USD of insurance. GrlFriday Shop is not responsible for package values over $200.00 USD that are lost, stolen, damaged, or otherwise unreceived that did not purchase full shipping insurance.

The intimate nature of our products means we are unable to restock most items. Please review our Size Chart and the sizing specifications in product listings prior to purchasing, as we do not accept returns or exchanges due to products not fitting.
